I’m Holly, a qualified Nutrition Advisor with a passion for health and wellness

As a nutrition coach and associate member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association, I believe that the body has the natural ability to heal itself, and that nourishing our bodies is the foundation for unlocking this healing potential.

This means taking into account not just what we eat, but also how we live our lives, including our stress levels, sleep habits, and physical activity. By addressing these factors in addition to diet, we can create a complete plan for achieving optimal health and wellbeing.

I specialise in plant-based nutrition, as I believe that a diet rich in whole, unprocessed foods can provide all the nutrients our bodies need to truly thrive.

Why I Do This Work

My health journey began in my teens as I started feeling constantly tired, low in energy and mood. After a week abroad, I developed digestive issues like nausea and bloating. As time went on, they began to affect my daily life and my ability to enjoy the things I loved.

That’s when I started to take a closer look at my body and my overall wellbeing. I realised that I needed to make some changes if I wanted to feel better and live a happier, healthier life. Through learning about  naturopathy and how diet and lifestyle impacts the body, I was successfully able to get rid of all my symptoms and truly heal from within. 

My digestive symptoms improved, I felt less bloated and more energised. This transformation inspired me to learn about the impact of nutrition on our body and to help others who may be struggling with similar issues.

Now, I am a certified nutrition advisor and a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. Through my coaching, I help clients to restore optimal health and reach their wellness goals.
