I’m Holly, a qualified Nutrition Advisor with a passion for health and wellness
As a nutrition coach and associate member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association, I believe that the body has the natural ability to heal itself, and that nourishing our bodies is the foundation for unlocking this healing potential.
This means taking into account not just what we eat, but also how we live our lives, including our stress levels, sleep habits, and physical activity. By addressing these factors in addition to diet, we can create a complete plan for achieving optimal health and wellbeing.
I specialise in plant-based nutrition, as I believe that a diet rich in whole, unprocessed foods can provide all the nutrients our bodies need to truly thrive.
