What’s involved?

Before the consultation I will send you a questionnaire to complete, including a food diary, which will provide me with some details such as your health history, previous and current medications and the symptoms you are experiencing.

This will allow me to check I can work with you and ensure you are given the most suited and beneficial plan to support your body & goals

01 - The Consultation

During the consultation I will review your initial notes and take a detailed case history of your health and wellbeing. This helps me to get to know you, and gain an understanding into what is causing your symptoms.

02 - The recommendations and plan
After our session, I will create a detailed nutrition plan to support your goals and help to treat your symptoms, including diet & lifestyle recommendations. You will receive this via email or your preferred choice of contact.

If you wish to review your progress or feel you would like further support, follow-up appointments are available upon request.
